The Flasher

Character designed as a submission for an Art heroes competition. The competition was to create a superhero with a unique superpower. I came up with the idea of a man whose skin was extremely light, which he would "flash" to his enemies to blind them and disorient them. It was because of this he became known as: "The Flasher"
